Located directly on the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, experience an exciting journey into the impressive underwater world between the Baltic Sea and tropical waters at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand. In 12 themed underwater worlds, breathtaking biodiversity with more than 2,500 animals from the exciting depths of the oceans is waiting to be discovered.
Marvel at majestic blacktip reef sharks or the impressive green sea turtle and find yourself face to face with impressive rays. Admire smaller animals such as the colourful clownfish, cute seahorses and other dazzling sea creatures. Walk on the soft, muddy ground of the forest, face a boa constrictor or stick your head into the piranha pool. In the Rainforest Adventure area, get closer than ever to the jungle and its inhabitants.
Only from May-June: Join the Pirate Treasure Hunt and become a real pirate in the crew of the Captian! He’s lost all the pirate treasure at SEA LIFE and the crew are none too pleased! Can you help them to find all the lost booty that is hidden around the aquarium and fill in the pirate map as you go?

• Last admission is 1 hour before the closing time
• Many of the animals shown at SEA LIFE are on the red list of threatened species. They were saved and can not be returned to their natural habitat or were born and grew up as part of SEA LIFE's conservation projects
• It is mandatory to wear an FFP2 mask
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds

By car:
A1 Hamburg-Lübeck-Puttgarden until exit 18 (Timmendorfer Strand). Follow the signs for SEA LIFE P2 (Famila-parking space). SEA LIFE is located approx. 300 m away next to the Curschmann-Clinic and the Seebrücke (pier). For satnav please use the address Höppnerweg.
By public transport:
Hourly connection from Lübeck main station (in the direction of Puttgarden/Neustadt i.H.) approx. 15 minutes.
The aquarium provides a wheelchair accessible tour. Children of up to 14 years can access the exhibition only accompanied by an adult.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
