Discover the history, traditions, local food, and scenery of Albania, on this one-day tour. With a local guide, visit the Skanderbeg Museum, Kruja's Old Bazaar, the city walls of Durrës, and more.
Set off on a guided tour of Dollma Bektashi Teqe. Enjoy the surroundings and the castle itself, as well as the Skanderbeg Museum and the National Ethnographic Museum. You will also have free time to wander around the Old Bazaar, with its beautiful cobblestone alleys and lovely old architecture.
Head for lunch in a local restaurant in Kruja, with a tremendous view of the city and valley of Kruja.
After lunch, travel to Durrës for the last 'digestive' stop. Take a guided tour of the city walls, the Byzantine Forum, the Roman Thermal Baths, and the Amphitheater, and enjoy the city’s famous street art around the ancient ruins. Finally, take a coffee break on top of the Venetian Tower before traveling back to Tirana, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, or any other pre-arranged location.
