As this is a shared group experience, the guide CANNOT wait for late arrivals or those who miss the group. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to account for heavy traffic or navigating the massive metro station :P
⚠️IMPORTANT: Please note that the booking fee for the "Book Your Spot" option is solely to reserve your spot, as the tour itself operates on a TIP-BASED model. This option is limited to groups of up to 6 people. The admin team and guide reserve the right to decline bookings for groups larger than 6, even if made through separate reservations, whether prior to the tour or on-site. When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
