Do not book a tour on a Friday if you have a flight that day, as drop-off times may vary due to traffic
During Public Holidays, the Qasr Al Watan may be closed without notice during presidential events but will be replaced by Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (based on availability)
Restaurants will not be open during the month of Ramadan, recommended to bring food with you
Pickup is available from Central Dubai Hotels, Apartments, Airport and Cruise Terminals (Dubai Harbor Cruise Terminal and Port Rashid).
Pickup from Dubai Airport will be at the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Please stay ready in the lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
