For travelers arriving at the domestic terminal (T2), you will be met by a uniformed staff member at the carousel area before you collect your luggage. They will have your name on a board and will give you instructions on where to meet your driver and vehicle.
All international terminal (T1) passengers will be met in the arrivals lounge as they exit the customs hall. If your driver is not there, they will not be far away. They have to collect passengers from the domestic terminal (T2) first.

Cancellations
