Day 1: Adelaide to Flinders Ranges
Your outback adventure begins in Adelaide at 5.30 am, where your Storyteller Guide will greet you. Arrive in the Southern Flinders Ranges for a morning hike at Alligator Gorge
This afternoon, experience a Welcome to Country in the Adnyamathanha people's language at Wilpena Pound Resort.

Day 2: Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park
After breakfast, a morning hike through the national park.
Regeneration is in our DNA, so today, we will meet with a Park Ranger and also give back by participating in some meaningful conservation work.

Day 3: Flinders Ranges to William Creek via the Oodnadatta Track
Today we are getting off the beaten path and travelling along a section of one of Australia's most iconic unsealed roads, the iconic Oodnadatta Track.
Come late afternoon, arrive in the tiny outback settlement of William Creek.

Day 4: William Creek to Coober Pedy
After breakfast, journey to the famous underground town of Coober Pedy. Afterwards, visit Josephine's Gallery & Kangaroo Orphanage and see Indigenous art. Visit Umoona Opal Mine & Museum for fossicking and to learn about these precious stones. Enjoy some free time to explore and have dinner.

Day 5: Coober Pedy to Watarrka/Kings Canyon
Travel north, past the Kanku-Breakaways Conservation Park, where you will be mesmerised by the
scenery of the Moon Plains. Crossing into the Northern Territory, and come late afternoon, arrive at our campsite at the Kings Creek Station. Enjoy a stunning desert sunset from the sunset viewing platform.

Day 6: Watarrka/Kings Canyon to Uluru
It's an early start this morning for Kings Canyon Rim Walk. After lunch, rest your legs on the drive to our final destination, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Late this afternoon, watch an unforgettable sunset over Uluru.

Day 7: Uluru
Soak up the serenity of a sunrise over Uluru, and a guided 10km Uluru base walk. Stop for lunch and visit the Cultural Centre to deepen your understanding of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Learn during a dot painting workshop with a local Anangu
artist before returning to camp for some free time.

Day 8: Kata Tjuta to Yulara
An early start is rewarded with a spellbinding Kata Tjuta sunrise. Take the three-hour circuit walk has unparalleled views of the otherworldly landscape surrounding Kata Tjutu.
Your outback adventure ends in the late morning on our return to Yulara.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* This tour requires a minimum of eight people to operate. In the unlikely event, your departure is cancelled because of insufficient numbers, all monies paid will be transferred onto future dates. If this is not suitable, a refund will be paid in full.
* This is a camping tour, and involvement from the passengers is required. This can include helping with meals and packing up camp. Camping on this tour is at a mixture of national parks and campgrounds. All campgrounds do have basic toilet and shower facilities.
* Weather conditions in the Australian outback can change quickly and dramatically. Our experienced guides will always put the safety of our passengers first and stay abreast of weather conditions.
* A moderate fitness level is required, and you need to be prepared for walks between 3-12 kilometres on some days. This may involve rough ground and perhaps getting wet.
* Bags are restricted to 1 × 15 kg backpack/soft travel bag per person, plus one small piece of hand luggage.
The meeting location is Adelaide Bus Station. Our bus will park on the street near 91 Franklin Street, Adelaide.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
