• Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure the vessel departs on time. After this time, the provider reserves the right to resell the seats. Late or no show passengers will not receive a refund.
• You may experience seasickness. It is strongly recommended you eat lightly and take travel sickness tablets prior to cruise.
• We guarantee whale sightings. In the unlikely event that a whale is not spotted on your cruise, you will receive a complimentary return trip valid for 12 months. Note: this is subject to availability. Please contact the provider for more information.
• Please bring / wear jumpers, sweaters, thick layers as it tends to become cooler out at sea.
Meeting point is at the Eastern Pontoon, located halfway between Ferry Wharf No.2 and the Sydney Opera House.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
