Coastal Explorer (ex-Perth city)

Spend your day soaking up the sun on the beach with a swim in the Indian Ocean, or a visit to the attractions, cafes and restaurants that both Scarborough and Hillarys have to offer
This tour starts and finishes at the Perth Explorer bus stop in Barrack St Jetty. The bus departs at 9.30am and will return you at approximately 4.30pm

This is your perfect way to get the day at the beach and take in two of Perth's premier coastal destinations. We will pick you up in the morning from a central point in Perth and then its straight out to the coast to start your day. Plan to spend a bit of time at both Scarborough Beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour. At the end of the day we will drop you back to Perth. No public transport, no hire car and no stress! (9.25am - 4.30pm)

Perth metropolitan area has over 150km of pristine white sandy beaches. Here is your chance to see the best bit, known as the Sunset Coast. Where the road hugs the coast from Scarborough to Hillarys Boat Harbour. You are sitting 3 metres above the road with un-interrupted views from the open top bus. Look out for dolphins, surfers and maybe (a big maybe!) humpback whales at the right time of year.

Hop off at Scarborough
Scarborough Beach is a vibrant stretch of coastline with bustling pedestrian promenades, a children’s adventure playground, art projects, variety of skate bowls, climbing wall, half-court basketball, exercise equipment, amphitheatre and the magnificent Sunset Hill.

Stroll the esplanade past the beach amphitheatre and skate park.
Scarborough is home to Western Australia’s only beachside pool, geothermally heated so it can be enjoyed all year round
Beautiful bustling promenade with cafes, bars and great restaurants
Sunset Hill – great place for a picnic and watch the ocean
Skate Park, Climbing Wall & a Whale Playground to keep the kids entertained.
Stop for a coffee, lunch, or a cool beer. Dine Alfresco or eat fish and chips on the beach.
Soak up the sun on the vast white sand beach & go for swim (between the flags!)
Spend a few hours at Hillarys Boat Harbour/Sorrento Quay.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
