We will take you on a journey from barrel to bottle, allowing you to sample some of the finest Whiskies, Gins, Vodkas, and Liqueurs from around the world. Whether you're a novice or an expert in spirits, this tour caters to all.

Experience an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to a distillery that is not open to the public, as well as several of our favorite distilleries in the local Hobart area. You'll even have the opportunity to create your own whisky by selecting from various single malt barrels. Learn about the intricate process of distillation, get hands-on and try a range of Gin, Vodka, Whisky, Rum and Liqueurs. Throughout the day, we'll also provide samples from unreleased barrels that have never been tasted before.

Our knowledgeable Tour Guides are passionate about Tasmania's distilling industry and will be there to guide you every step of the way.

The tour includes a morning tea with cheese, biscuits, chocolate and fruit for grazing. For lunch, we'll serve locally catered individual options at a Distillery Loft. You can also taste 'New Make' spirit directly from the still before it begins aging in wood.

You'll even have an opportunity to meet Tasmanian distillery royalty and enjoy a dram while having a chat with them.
