Country: Argentina
Duration:
02:00 hours
Description
We will take you on top of an 8-person motorcycle cart (it's safe) through several different districts of the neighborhood, so you can get to know its history, culture, food, messi murals, and the fair.
The starting point is at the corner of the sheraton hotel, where the tour guide will give you an introduction to the history of the neighborhood since the 16th century, when the Spaniards made the port to take the resources from Potosi (Peru).
We will walk 2 blocks to the door of the neighborhood, where we will be waiting for a "motocarro" which is a car attached to a motorcycle, with a local supplier and almost the only form of vehicle in the neighborhood.
The tour has the objective that you know the process of redevelopment and how it was transformed from a neighborhood of emergency, to a neighborhood more of the city. Being one of the most immigrant areas of the city, you will be able to enjoy a Peruvian lunch, Flan very common in our country, and many other things in the fair! articles from Latin countries that you will not find in the rest of the city.
We plan to go through the different neighborhoods and show you the change in the last 10 years with the redevelopment, the famous murals of Messi and Maradona and other points depending on the day of the tour. If anyone has any particular interest, you can add one more stop.
