Discover a fascinating aquatic world with a day admission ticket to the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. The 10-million-liter tank is home to more than 33,000 aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. There are more than 300 sharks and rays living in the tank, including the world’s largest collection of sand tiger sharks.
Just above the aquarium is the Underwater Zoo. Get up close to penguins, piranhas, seahorses, jellyfish and more. Step inside the Submersible Simulator for a virtual adventure among dugongs, whale sharks and many other sea creatures. The Underwater Zoo provides an interactive approach to educating children and visitors on the ecology and sustainability of marine life. The journey consists of three ecological zones: Rainforest, Rocky Shore, and Living Ocean.
The Penguin encounter allows you to get face to face with a colony of 16 Gentoo penguins residing at the new Penguin Cove exhibit along with a zookeeper. This exciting encounter starts with an educational video about the incredible Antarctic birds and their original habitat. Next, visitors get to meet the Gentoo Penguins, enjoy exceptional photo opportunities, and experience up-close penguin interaction.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
