Prior to your departure: we will provide a list for what we prepare for you, including disposible toiletries, rented charger and power bank, optional clothings according to local weather, and everything else at your request.

In a comfortable Minivan, our staff will pick you up at Airport (PVG/SHA) and transfer you to your hotel or other designated location in Shanghai.
*Sending and Receiving Parcels*
If you plan to receive parcels ahead of your trip from online shopping or luggage shipping, we can do that for you.

Please let us know if you have any extra travel pack that need us to purchase for you, for example, you may need: food & drink, slippers, sunglasses, towel, skincare, blanket, scarf, heating pads, insect repellent, etc.. Additional cost may occur.
Please inform us at least 3 days prior if you intend to have us receive your parcel ahead of arrival.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
