• Snorkeling visibility and wildlife spotting depend on the weather
• In case the tour needs to be canceled due to weather or because the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be offered a rescheduling opting or a full refund
• The free pickup transfer service requires a minimum number and also has maximal capacity. Please note, if the transfer service (due to minimum number not reached, or van fully booked) there will be no discount offered

Meeting point location: the van and trailer with the kayak equipment is parked between 462-482 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters QLD 4216 (on the beachside). This is not located in a shop.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
