Join for a wine tasting of 5 Premium Class Bulgarian Wines in a company with a delicious local cheeses. Enjoy the atmosphere of the famous Art Gallery Largo and learn about the Bulgarian culture.
Join for a Journey through the World of Bulgarian Wine and Art!
Located at the historical center of Varna, in a few meters of the Ancient Roman Baths, Art Gallery Largo is a cultural center where you can enjoy fine arts and wines.
We will present you 5 Bulgarian wines from a local and international grape varieties. All these wines are produced from small boutique wineries in a limited quantities and cannot be found at the supermarket shelfs but only in specialized enoteques.
The wines will be accompanied with a plate of local cheeses and salami and a homemade bread all produced from a small regional farmers.
You will try:
- one sparkling wine
- one white wine
- one rose wine
- two red wines*
(*may vary according to the season /two whites or rose and one red/ or the wishes of the guests upon request).
We will present you a brief story of the winerys and a discussion about the history and tradition of bulgarian wine making. You will learn about the wine regions in Bulgaria and the grape varieties grown here.
This wine tasting is dedicated to the wine lovers and it is not necessary to have a special knowledge or to be a professional to join. This experience is more to enjoy the wines and to learn an interesting and impressive stories about bulgarian culture.
Тheoretical lecture for the winemaking process and terminology language will be avoided during the tasting unless there are questions from the audience.
