Taking place in the most magnificent room in the city - the Golden Hall in the 900 year-old Fortress Hohensalzburg - the "Mozart - Strauss Orchestra Concerts" are unique to Salzburg. The Mozart Chamber Orchestra of Salzburg is a highly professional and internationally sought-after chamber orchestra and plays in a line-up which regularly shifts in size. Deeply steeped in tradition, it predominantly performs the musical treasures of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.

Individual tables are available at the dinner in the Panorama Fortress Restaurant, except from December 23-25
Your table is determined based on the number of people in your party
Free ascent to the fortress is possible on the funicular 30 minutes before dinner. Take the funicular from Festungsbahn
The Golden Concert Hall is not accessible for impaired mobility. There is no elevator.
The restaurant only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, CUP, JCB)
* During the Advent and Christmas concerts, musical treasures from W.A. Mozart and his contemporaries as well as traditional Advent music from the countryside of Salzburg are performed
At the valley station of the cable car, Festungsgasse 4, 5020 Salzburg, Österreich. On presentation of your voucher, you get a cable car ride for free.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
