To use the pass, you must have a valid park admission ticket and a park visit reservation for the date of your visit.
The pass is valid only on the selected day, and if a chosen attraction is closed, it can be used for another listed attraction on the same day, subject to availability.

Guests may not cancel or amend the type, validity date and other details of the pass stated in the confirmation email
The pass must be used by the same guest on its validity date. Park may require the guest to present personal identification for verification purpose
Pass holders shall present the Pass confirmation storing his/her pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction
The pass may only be used once for priority entrance to the selected attraction during its operating hours
Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride/access the attraction
Non-refundable
If a selected attraction is closed, the pass may be used on the same day to one other attraction, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of such substitute attraction. No refund, extension or other compensation will be provided
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
