Our destination is the renowned Parrilla Don Julio, in the Palermo neighborhood. This grill is an icon of Buenos Aires cuisine. Famous for its high quality meat, this grill is internationally recognized. The atmosphere is ideal for special occasions and to visit during your stay in Buenos Aires, since it is a favorite of tourists.
You will be served a set menu of the best Argentine meats and typical accompaniments that can be found at the grill.
The menu includes Cecina de steer and Libritos as a starter. Cecina is cured and air-dried beef, similar to beef jerky but with a more concentrated flavor.
The next dish is Mollejas accompanied by Cebollitas al rescoldo. The gizzards are golden brown and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, while the onions are cooked buried in the embers, acquiring a smoky and caramelized flavor, perfectly complementing the gizzards.
