Head to the meeting point and get ready to discover the food and culture of Venice. Set off with your guide and the rest of your group and make your way to some of the tastiest spots that Venice has to offer.
Visit independently owned bars and restaurants and sample both traditional and modern Venetian fare. Taste local flavors while learning about cicchetti (small snacks), wine, and daily life in the city.
Try over 15 different varieties of food taken from menus which often change seasonally and place a strong emphasis on local ingredients. Throughout the tour, immerse yourself in Venetian culture through its gastronomy, history, and architecture as you listen to stories from your expert guide.
Sample local staples like creamed cod fish, freshly made pasta, pastries which are fresh out of the oven, local coffee, as well as more modern dishes with local fish (other seasonal alternatives are available upon request).
Along the way, you'll also see many iconic locations in the city. Get a glimpse of sites including the Rialto Bridge, an historic bank that's though to be the first place to issue cheques in Europe, the oldest church in Venice, and many other places of cultural significance.

If you have food allergies please let us know before 24 hours of the tour to ensure we can accommodate you, else we wouldnt be able to do so
The duration of the tour is an approximation (can be 30 minutes more or 30 minutes less than 3 hours) . This depends on the speed of the group, or logistic of the routes of the tour that day . If there is a specific time you have to finish the tour by because maybe you have an activity afterwards that s already planned, please let us know in advanced and we will try to accommodate that.
Some of the restaurants we go to do not accept pets, but most do. Please let us know if you have this special request and we will try to find the time slot where we can accommodate this request.
The tour is wheelchair accessible, but we do need a special route , it is best that you get in touch with us before the activity a few days so we can best accommodate you
Infant is free but infant must sit on lap for this option
