Join this tour to guide your kids to discovering the ancient site of Herculaneum.
This tour is designed for capturing the attention of the kids and guiding them through the discovery of Herculaneum, one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in the world. Everything is well-preserved and the kids can walk around the town, enter houses, temples, theater and truly feel what it was like to live in Roman times.

Visit the Northern Cardo (road oriented north-south), the House of the Skeleton, thermopolium (restaurant food), men's thermal bath, the Temple of Augustali, forum (main square), House of the Black Saloon, House of Neptune and Amphitrite, House of Bel Cortile, the Samnite House, the House of the Wooden Partition, the bakery, the gym, the Home of the Bucks, the Marina gate terrace of Marcus Nonius Balbus and the beach where hundreds of skeletons of the victims of the eruption were discovered.

All participants who are over 12 years and 3 months of age must present either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 3 months. Participants must also present a negative antigen test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts. Students who are under 12 years and 3 months old may present proof of regular school testing and their age instead of proof of vaccination or infection
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Ticket offices of the archaeological site at the main entrance of the ruins.
