Explore the My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town on a guided tour. Learn how to make rice paper, enjoy a traditional lunch, and take a boat ride on the Hoai River.
The itinerary
7:30-8:00 am: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An and we will head to My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

9:30 am: Arrive at My Son for a 2-hour exploration. Walk through the scenic landscape, learn about the history with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoy traditional Champa performances. Afterward, we'll return to the minivan and head to a local house where you'll learn how to make rice paper and get to enjoy your handmade creation later!

12:30 pm: Board the van again and head to another local house for lunch. Relax with cold herbal tea, savor delicious food, and enjoy the fresh air. Following lunch, take a boat trip on the Thu Bon River, the largest river in Central Vietnam, back to Hoi An.

1:30 pm: Arrive in Hoi An, where you'll be taken back to your hotel to rest. Alternatively, you can relax at a coffee shop in the old town for about an hour and prepare for your next exploration of Hoi An Ancient Town.

Around 2:30 pm: Begin your visit to Hoi An Ancient Town, including:
Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, where you can see the family altar and ancestor worship.
The well-preserved old houses, such as Phung Hung and Tan Ky Ancient Houses.
Art performances at the Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.
The Japanese Bridge, a 400-year-old structure linking the Japanese and Chinese communities.
Handicraft shops and art galleries in Hoi An.
A dinner featuring local specialties.

6:00 pm: Enjoy a boat ride on the Hoai River, releasing flower lanterns to wish for good fortune for you and your family. Experience the magical atmosphere of the lantern street, explore the night market, and enjoy the illuminated beauty of Hoi An.

6:30 pm: Return to your hotel. End of our services!
