12 Tastings Menu:

#1. Crispy Sizzling Savory Pancake:
Ingredients: Rice flour, coconut milk, egg, turmeric powder
Fillings: Shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, mung beans
Served with: Mustard greens, lettuce, Thai basil, purple mint, amparella leaf, fish sauce
#2. Grilled Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaf:
Served with: Vermicelli, rice paper, green banana, star fruit, fish sauce with pineapple
#3. Fresh Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce:
Ingredients: Rice paper, shrimp, pork, green salad.
#4. Shredded Pork Crispy Rice (Cơm Cháy Chà Bông):
Ingredients: Crispy rice, shredded pork, toasted shrimp flakes, scallion oil
#5. Grilled Banana Sticky Rice (Chuối nếp nướng):
Ingredients: Ripe bananas, sticky rice, coconut milk, toasted sesame seeds, tapioca

Fillings: Pork sausage, pate (made from pig liver), butter, pickles, herbs, cucumber, chili
