Our private transfer service guarantees punctuality. With a team of experienced drivers who are familiar with the area, we ensure that your journey is smooth and safe.
We have 3 options for you. Each option will have a different price and limit the number of guests. Please read the options carefully and choose the option that best suits you . Please provide accurate information about pick-up and drop-off times and locations.

Media options:
- HOI AN- HUE CITY CENTER. 4-seater car: Maximum 3 passengers
- HOI AN- HUE CITY CENTER. 7-seater car: Maximum 5 passengers
- HOI AN- HUE CITY CENTER. 16-seater car: Maximum 10 passengers

Baggage information:
Each passenger is allowed to bring one 24-inch luggage (22 inches x 11 inches x 9 inches) with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag for free.
Additional baggage may be refused or charged if there is no space on the vehicle to accommodate it

Driver: Speaks Vietnamese but knows how to use whatsapp and google translate to communicate with you.
Customer service (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7.

Late/early surcharge from 09:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.: 5/7/19 USD for 4/7/16-seat car (pay directly to the driver)

NOTE 1 : PICK UP GUESTS IN HOI AN CITY CENTER ( WITHIN A RADIUS OF 4KM FROM THE HOI AN POST OFFICE, OVER 4KM THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFIC DISTANCE ). DROP OFF IN HUE CITY CENTER (WITHIN A RADIUS OF 4KM FROM THE TRANG TIEN BRIDGE, OVER 4KM THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFIC DISTANCE). We will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details Please provide: Pick up date & time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers). Waiting time: 15 minutes. Booking will be canceled and 100% charged if waiting time is exceeded.
For same-day bookings with a pick-up time close to the successful booking notification time, please wait about 15 to 30 minutes for the car to arrive at the pick-up point.

NOTE 2 : Surcharge of 150,000 VND/pax applies to the following holidays:
- New Year's Day: January 1st
- Lunar New Year (from December 29th to January 4th according to the lunar calendar)
- Hung King's death anniversary (March 10th according to the lunar calendar)
- National Liberation Anniversary: April 30th
- International Labor Day: May 1st
- National Day: September 2nd
