Our cookery school is located on the beautiful river of Cam Thanh village. It is built following the design of a traditional stilt house which makes you feel comfortable and enjoy the fresh air as well as outstanding views.
Our guide will pick you up at your hotel. The guide will take you to a local market to tell you about the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and choose the fresh ingredients for the cooking class. This is also one of the highlights of the tour where you can gain an insight into Vietnamese herbs and spices. After the market trip, the car will take you back to Cam Thanh Coconut village. Then transferring to a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the beauty of Bay Mau coconut forest also called the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi an.
Especially, while the guide show you how to pound and separate rice, grind rice to make rice milk, and make rice paper, you will have the chance to experience traditional Vietnamese cultural tools like a stone mortar and grinder, wooden pestle…

- After finishing shopping at the market, we will transfer to Cam Thanh coconut village by car

- Experience some traditional culture tools: Pounding & separating rice, Grinding rice, Marking rice paper
- Start with the chef to learn to cook 4 Vietnamese dishes
