1. Luggage & Passenger
- 4-seat car: From 1 - 3 pax + maximum 3 suitcases
- 7-seat car: From 4 - 5 pax + maximum 5 suitcases
- 16-seat van: From 6 - 10 pax + maximum 10 suitcases
*Standard suitcase size = 44cm x 66cm

2. Surcharge
To ensure fair compensation for our drivers and cover additional expenses, the following surcharges may apply:
+ Late-night/Early-morning Service: For trips starting before 6:00 AM or ending after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of VND 50,000 per hour will be collected in cash by the driver.
+ Drop-off point outside Da Nang City (Hai Chau District or within 10km of airport). (The surcharge would not exceed 100,000/way)
+ Extra Pickups/Drop-offs: If you require additional pickup or drop-off locations beyond the original itinerary, an extra charge will apply. Your driver will provide you with a quote based on the specific location(s).
