Private Hike: Pen y Fan Guided Sunset Hike Brecon Beacons

A private group hike climbing to the summit of Pen y Fan to watch the sun set. Marvel at picturesque Welsh landscapes as you discover the National Park with an experienced mountain leader guide.
Our 'Sunset on Pen y Fan' Walk is a 6km walk with 460m of ascent and is over well made paths. Pen y Fan is the highest mountain in South Wales and indeed Southern Britain.

Pen y Fan is an iconic Welsh mountain with views to Devon and Somerset to the South and to Cadair Idris to the North, in clear weather of course!

You will be safely guided to the summit in time for, hopefully, a spectacular sunset over the Black Mountain to the West and the Black Mounjtains to the East.

Although a spectacular sunset is not guaranteed, fine time in great company is :)

Know before you go
* We may be able to provide transport from Cardiff or some other South Wales locations. Please enquire about options and costs
* This tour will take place rain or shine
* You will climb 460m
* Andy may bring his dog with him. If this is an issue for you please let us know
* Although most levels of fitness can be accommodated please be sensible when booking and know your own ability
