How to Book
- Select the pass that works for you with 1, 2 and 5 entry options that are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and a unique passcode.
- Click the link, enter your code, and create your virtual account (takes less than 30 seconds).
- Select the gym or class that suits you and follow the relevant instructions.


With dozens of daily classes (think cycling, Pilates, Muay Thai, yoga) , the Phoenix Pass offers workout options to accommodate your schedule and fitness level. Unlike other fitness apps or one-time gym visits, you’ll have free cancellation up to 2 hours before the class starts and with no membership fees required. Even if you buy a Pass and change your mind or you don't find a class that suits you, we will give you a full refund (not applicable to partially used passes).
