Alcoholic options only available for ages 21+. A valid photo ID is required to show upon arrival if opted in for alcoholic beverages. Refunds will not be provided to any guests unable to validate age of 21+.
Dress warmly for the outdoor experience. Arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
Enter Christmas Village at LOVE Park on the NW corner of 15th and JFK Blvd. Walk to the backside of the Love sign sculpture and proceed to the left where you will see the Information Booth in front of the huge Käthe Wohlfarth shop. There is a check-in booth where our tour will begin.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Christmas Village and LOVE Park are large and busy sites and we strongly recommend allotting extra time to find the meeting location. Once started, our tour is almost always on the move, and we cannot stop the tour with other guests to have the Tour Guide coordinate how to find latecomers.
