• You must reserve a time slot before the day of your visit. Follow the link provided on your voucher to reserve your timed entry and note that time-slot availability may vary
• The museum is located near public transportation and is stroller accessible
• Service animals are allowed
• Please allow 90 to 120 minutes for your visit; last entry to the Museum is 90 minutes prior to closing
• Spyscape is optimized for adults and teens, but children are welcome
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof that they have received at least one dose of a FDA or WHO-approved Covid-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc)
Entrance is located on 8th Avenue.
