Explore the historic city of Chester as your team unlocks a hidden trail by finding clues, solving puzzles, and completing challenges, earning points along the way all self-guided through the Go Quest Adventures app. See the area's highlights, explore its hidden gems, and learn some insider history and fun facts along the way.
Your puzzle-filled adventure will wind you through the original streets of the once Roman city, seeing the wonders it has to offer, then through the beautiful gardens of Grosvenor Park and along the River Dee. As you find the clues and solve the puzzles, you will walk the famous walls, hear a ghost story or two and maybe even take part re-enacting events that took place thousands of years ago in Britain’s largest Roman amphitheatre.
As the Quest is self guided you can:
* Start your Quest whenever you want, get instant access with nothing to print off from home
* Go as fast as you want and try to top the leaderboard, or go at your own pace, stopping for rest breaks along the way.
* Private experience with no groups to follow. Add up to 5 players for one price.
So grab your toga, put on some comfy shoes and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Chester Quest!

One ticket includes up to 5 people. Children under 8 are included for free.
Although your Quest can be played anytime, we suggest playing during daylight hours to find clues and solve puzzles. This is difficult to do in the dark.
The Quest is 2.4 miles long. There are plenty of of cafes and rest stops along the way
Time to complete depends on each group & number of rest breaks (or shopping sprees!), but can take on average, 2.5 - 3.5+ hours
Pen & paper is a must to help solve puzzles
THE APP IS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH ONLY...YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO READ ENGLISH.
Please go to the starting location outside the Chester Town Hall across from the Cathedral. Once you have downloaded the Go Quest Adventures app and redeemed your code (that will be emailed to you directly from us), follow the instructions in the app to get started.
