Start your tour at London Paddington station, where you will catch your train to the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll along the iconic Pulteney Bridge, heading to The Holburne Museum via Great Pulteney Street, the grandest avenue that inspired Napoleon to re-model Paris. Be greeted outside the front of The Holburne Museum by The Duchess, your tour guide bedecked in Georgian finery; the museum was made famous as ‘Lady Danbury’s House’ in the TV Series Bridgerton.

Walk around the museum into Sydney Gardens, hearing about the grand spectacles that often filled the park, the UK’s only remaining 18th-century pleasure gardens. (Jane Austen often attended these and wrote about them in her letters.) The Duchess will then lead you through the park to neighboring Sydney Place, where Queen Charlotte stayed when she came to Bath in 1817.

Returning to the Holburne Museum, view a painted portrait of Queen Charlotte by Zoffany and will be shown a number of Georgian artifacts in the museum collection, including delicate fans, china tea cups, and snuff boxes. Be invited to the Ballroom, the location of many grand dances in the Regency period, to be served a traditional English cream tea of scones on vintage china and a glass of Prosecco.
