Experience a soothing sound bath in a dedicated meditation space in the historic Spa Quarter of Bath, just above the flow of ancient healing waters. Be taken through a guided relaxation meditation, using your breath and thoughts to release all the tension from your body. Just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
Sink within the vibrations of the sounds, and let time disappear; you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts… or maybe just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced. As your body relaxes so does your mind, and as your mind relaxes it begins to release the healing hormones serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.
This experience is perfect for people new to sound baths or seasoned sound bathers. As long as you can climb the single flight of stairs to the Quantum Field, you can take part. All ages are welcome, including children as long as they can sit still and not distract others.

We are a few steps from the Thermae Spa. Stand with your back to the entrance of the Thermae Spa and look ahead and slightly left. You will see a little lane with pillars and a blue door beyond them. The entrance is just after the blue door.
