Immerse yourself in a local cultural practice while you get your blood pumping by joining this fun and exciting Muay Thai class in Bangkok. Get teached by professional fighters in a safe way.
Beginners are sure to enjoy the introductory classes, where they will learn basic information about the class as well as all the right techniques that will prepare you for more advanced maneuvers in the future.
Have fun during this Muay Thai session and don't worry if this is your first attempt. These beginner classes are adapted based on your fitness level and boxing skill. Get handy tips and tricks from your professional, English-speaking instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.
If you're looking for a more personalized experience for your group, or simply want a completely hands-on class with your teacher, there are also private classes available.
There are various clinching techniques and many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins.

This class is suitable for beginners, even for people who never did Muay Thai or boxing before. You can do the class at your own pace, but please note that the classes are rather intensive.
For the private class, in some cases we might need to ask you to reschedule to a different timing depending on availability.
Wear comfortable shorts/sports outfit as you will move a lot
No transfers included, please come to the meeting point by yourself. BTS station "Mo Chit" is 15 minutes walking, and MRT station "Phahon Yothin" is 30 minutes walking to the gym. (Or you can come by Grab/Bolt, but please calculate some buffer in case of traffic jam)
The gym is located at the second floor. You will see a car parking when following the Google Maps link, take the stairs on the left up to the second floor.
