Please present your electronic voucher (QR Code) at the ticket counter on the 5th floor 30 minutes before your experience time to exchange for a physical ticket. You will need to fill out a safety declaration at the counter and wait for staff guidance.
Experience Sessions: 14:00 or 15:00 sessions, each experience lasts about 50 minutes (if the 14:00 session has fewer than 7 participants, it will be moved to the 15:00 session).
Redemption Location: Taipei 101 Building, 5th floor ticket counter, No. 7, Section 5, Xinyi Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday and national holidays: 11:00 - 21:00 Last admission: 20:15
