Enjoy this unique guided kayaking tour on the beautiful Lake Brienz for explorers of all skill levels. See the towering cliffs, forested hillsides, and calm waters that make Interlaken one of the most picturesque settings around.
This half day tour runs regularly throughout the summer and is suitable for all abilities. Your guide will offer instructions on how to develop your paddling skills and will also capture your experience with lots of photos to show to your friends and family back home.
Your tour starts in Bönigen on Lake Brienz, where you will travel across the River Lütschine, heading towards the north shore, exploring beautiful cliffs, past the 12th-century Ringgenberg Castle overlooking the lake and discover hidden beaches along the way.
Also enjoy an evening trip when the waters are calmer and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The evening tour follows the same itinerary as the half-day tour. The session lasts three hours, of which you will spend around two hours on the water. The summer tours run from May until October. When the water temperature gets colder in October and November wetsuits will be provided.

Getting to the meeting point by public transport:
• Take regular trains to Interlaken Ost train station
• Take bus 103 from Interlaken Ost to Bönigen See (direction Iseltwald) at XX:05 and XX:35 from Interlaken Ost throughout the day. The route takes 5-10 minutes

• Busses are free with your Interlaken Guest Card
• There is a short walk (3 minutes) from the bus stop. Walk from the bus stop along the lake with the lake on your right side, across the footbridge; the meeting point is located directly after the footbridge. You will see the pool complex
Getting to the meeting point on foot:
• From the Interlaken Ost train station (approximately 35 minutes), follow the signs to the boats. Turn right and follow the trail to Bönigen along the river and then the lake shore. After the corner of the camping area, you will see the pool complex to the left
