JFK to New York City: 5am – 11pm & New York City to JFK: 4am - 7pm
Area of service - any location in Manhattan between Battery Park and 96th Street
Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones located in the Welcome Center. Provide the customer service representation your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area
