Be picked up by your driver/guide from your hotel in Colombo or Bentota, depending on the option selected. Climb aboard the air-conditioned vehicle for a drive through scenic mountains to picturesque Nuwara Eliya. Stop en route at waterfalls and mountains covered with tea bushes.
Once you arrive in Nuwara Eliya, tour the city with your guide. Visit Ashok Vatika, also known as Hakgala Botanical Garden, and marvel at its many species of plants. Next, take in Aadishakti Seeta or Sita Amman Temple and hear about the Hindu epic, Ramayana.
