01. What happens on a typical day on Morning or Afternoon Safari?

A. Pick-up time at 4.00 a.m. - in and around the Bentota/ Aluthgama/ Beruwala/ Induruwa/ Maha Induruwa areas. All pick up times - (Morning or Full Day Safari - 4.00 a.m./ 4.30 a.m./ Afternoon Safari - 11.15 a.m.)
Adjust the times in the itinerary according to the pickup time.

B. Get down from the transfer vehicle (Air-conditioned Car or minivan) and get into the Safari vehicle - at Udawalawe at around 6.45 a.m.
Here, there's 30 minutes break in Afternoon Safari for you to have lunch.
(You can additionally buy lunch from us - USD 10 Per Person)

C. Wildlife Safari/ Game Drive (7.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.)

D. Break at Udawalawe (20-30 minutes)
This will give you time to enjoy your Breakfast

E. Visit the Feeding time of the Elephant Transit Home
You can observe the feeding of the adorable baby elephants at Elephant Transit Home.
(Feeding times are at 10.30 a.m. - morning / 2.30 p.m. - Afternoon)
In the Morning Session, ETH visit comes after the Safari, But in the Afternoon Session the visit comes first and the Safari comes after it. So, adjust the itinerary accordingly.

F. Get down from the Safari Vehicle and get into the transfer vehicle - at Udawalawe at around 11.00 a.m.

G. Optional - If you prefer, take a 20-minutes break Near Rawana-Ella waterfall, on the way to Ella. (Free of charge) If you get down from Wellawaya, you will not see the waterfall.

H. Drop-off time at around 1.00 p.m. - any hotel in and around Ella/ Bandarawela/ Wellawaya area.


02. What happens on a typical day on a Full-day Safari?

A - D. Steps from A to D are same as in the Morning Safari itinerary

E. 2nd Game Drive (10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.)

F. Lunch Break (12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.)

G. 3rd Game Drive (2.00 p.m. up to 6.00 p.m.)

H. Get into the transfer vehicle - at Udawalawe at around 6.00 p.m.

I. Drop-off time at around 8.15 p.m. - any hotel in and around Ella/ Bandarawela/ Wellawaya area.
