To access the reception you must go down to the -1 floor, that is, you have to go down the stairs through the Antiquarium, where the Roman ruins are located (underground). There you will be greeted by the staff and you will find an elevator that will take you to the viewing platform and the restaurant area. Remember that during the week, at street level, there is the Encarnación market where you can buy fresh produce and experience local daily life.
