No individual access tickets are provided as this is a group guided tour
Meet your guide in front of the main entrance steps of the Cathedral. You will recognize the guide by the blue shirt/jacket with the "Catedreal" logo. If for any reason you do not see your guide, do not worry. You can approach the staff at the main door and inform them that you are part of the official tour.
**It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time for proper accreditation and guide control.
**As it is a TOUR, the confirmation voucher must be presented to the guide. Under no circumstances can an individual visit ticket be used without the guide.
**Late arrivals to the meeting point and/or once the tour has started inside the cathedral are considered NO SHOW (did not attend the tour) with no right to refund or individual access to the cathedral.
**Appropriate dress code is recommended. The Cathedral reserves the right to admission in any case.
