Begin your half-day tour with a drive by comfortable vehicle to discover the heritage of Qatar. Stop at the Umm Salal Fortress, built as a residence for Sheikh Jasim Bin Mohammed al Thani in the late 19th century.

Next on the itinerary is Al Zubara, an important archaeological site with a fort that has been turned into a museum. The square-shaped fort features circular towers on three of its corners and a rectangular tower on the fourth.

Continue to Al Ruwais to see the harbor and take a short break at Ruwais Beach to enjoy the sea breezes. On the way back to Doha, see Al Khor, a town known for its harbor and lovely beaches.
