Make your first stop in the fairy tale village of Pinhão consisting of vineyards that wind down the river. Admire these scenic views on a 1-hour mini-cruise in a Rabelo boat, a wooden boat that used to transport barrels of Port wine from the valley to Porto City.
Relax after the boat ride in a typical restaurant in the village. Savor lunch at a wine tavern. The menu will include bread, olives, Port, red and white wine, both meat and fish, dessert, and coffee. For vegetarians and vegans, equally delicious options will be served.
Then, visit a winery at one of the most idyllic spots in the valley, right by the N222, one of the most beautiful roads in the world, and between the Tedo and Douro 2 rivers. Sample 3 Ports, 1 Tawny, 1 Rosé, and 1 LBV (Late Bottle Vintage).
