Together with your German-speaking guide you will discover the most beautiful places of the historic center of Lisbon.
In a small group with a maximum of 10 participants, you will walk through the neighborhoods of Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto and the winding alleys of Alfama - and thus up and down three of Lisbon's eight hills!
Meanwhile, your city guide of a 3-person team will share exciting insights about Portuguese history and culture with you. Of course, current topics and space for questions may not be missing.
Due to the small group size, the atmosphere remains personal and you can easily move together through the center.
The meeting point is at Lisbon's Rossio Square, from where you will first walk through the lower town (Baixa), where you will see the famous elevator "Elevador de Santa Justa". Already you will go up the first smaller hill to the impressive downtown ruins of the Carmo Monastery and past some of the most beautiful tiles in Lisbon.
Afterwards, we will walk through the former poets' quarter Chiado, where your city guide has a lyrical surprise in store for you.
Afterwards, you will walk through the residential and nightlife district of Bairro Alto before taking a 30-minute break to catch your breath from the Lisbon hills (food is not included in the price but is also not mandatory).
After the break, you'll make your way to the romantic Alfama neighborhood and marvel at one of the most beautiful viewpoints overlooking the Tagus River, as well as the neighborhood's winding streets.
Farewell is at Lisbon's Arc de Triomphe on the large Praça do Comércio, right on the banks of the Tagus.
