Venture 35 kilometers up through Cebu's hilly countryside and watch the city come alive with twinkling lights.
The excursion begins with hotel pick up from central City. Travel in a private, air-conditioned car or van up the mountain, passing mango orchards in Busay and the Sirao Flower Garden. Stop to rest and wander through a roadside fruit and vegetable market before continuing to the Tops Lookout.
Just 15 minutes from the heart of the city, the lookout provides panoramic views of Cebu City and Mandaue and Talisay. Enjoy the evening views before continuing to a local restaurant for a traditional Filipino dinner.
