After pickup from your hotel in Puno city center in the morning, sail across Lake Titicaca to see the artificial floating islands built by the Uros indigenous people. Enjoy unique views of the nature reserve and see wild animals, such as flamingos, ducks and other endemic birds. Be received with a warm welcome by the local residents upon arrival at the island and listen to their traditional songs. Learn its extraordinary history and culture from your tour guide and enjoy the stunning natural and man-made landscapes of approximately 75 small and large islands. Take advantage of your free time to walk around the islands and interact with the local residents. Be part of an additional experience and a ride with the local population in a reed boat. After 3 and a half hours return to the city of Puno where we will take you to your hotel in the city center.
