Your morning starts with a morning coffee to at “Terrua” coffee shop with a brief explanation about the coffee in Peru.
Then is time to walk to the Surquillo market, where you can taste different local fruits, where the most outstanding is the lucuma, the best way to consume it is in smoothies and desserts.
After a short walk Chef Gonzalo del Risco and the team at the "Maraparte" restaurant will teach us how to prepare two of the most representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy Ceviche and Causa!
