At the appointed time we will start this ceviche workshop at the Pescados Capitales Miraflores restaurant, one of the most popular restaurants in Lima. Did you know that the Peruvian capital is considered the main gastronomic destination in South America?

At the restaurant, a renowned chef will explain how ceviche is prepared - without a doubt, Peru's most typical dish! After adjusting our aprons and preparing all the kitchen equipment, we will begin to prepare this exquisite recipe, which has become a symbol of Latin American gastronomy.

First of all, we will cut the fish tacos, which will be the indispensable base of our ceviche recipe. Next, we will prepare the garnish and the citrus dressings with which we will accompany the dish. Afterwards, we will continue with the other steps, in which we will also take into account the final presentation.

After an hour in the kitchen, we will conclude this gastronomic workshop by tasting the ceviche dish we have prepared. Who better than us to evaluate the final result? We are sure it will be delicious!
