We will begin our adventure at the Royal Tombs of the Lord of Sipan Museum, where the remains of an ancient ruler of Peru are exhibited. This museum not only displays the richness and splendor of the ornaments, emblems and attire of the "Lord of Sipan", but also offers valuable information that helps to reconstruct the history of one of the most significant cultures of Pre-Columbian America.

The Tucume Pyramids
We will continue to the Tucume Pyramids, an impressive set of dozens of pre-Hispanic pyramids of considerable size. This archaeological site stands out for its 26 monumental pyramids, making it one of the largest in the Americas. The largest pyramid is 450 meters long, 100 meters wide and 40 meters high. Unlike the Egyptian pyramids, the American pyramids are designed as large platforms, where temples dedicated to the Lambayeque or Sicán culture, which flourished in the region between 700 and 1300, before being absorbed by the Chimú domain, are erected.

Metallurgical Art
In this fascinating site, you can also appreciate the metallurgical art of the time, famous for its gold funerary masks and tumis, or ceremonial knives, which the museum presents with rich documentation. This tour will allow you to immerse yourself in the cultural heritage and splendor of ancient civilizations that left an indelible mark on the history of Peru.
