We will pick you up at your hotel in Arequipa at 9:00 a.m. and we will board a 4x4 vehicle with which we will head to the Characato district.
From this point we will begin our bicycle tour through the Arequipa countryside, an itinerary that will take us through three of the 29 districts that make up the province: Characato, Quequeña and Sabandía.
We will pedal through the traditional neighborhoods of this area, the most representative of Arequipa because they preserve their most deeply rooted customs. For three hours, we will walk through the valleys in which Characato, Quequeña and Sabandía are located while we admire their terraces with farmland and their green meadows.
We will have the opportunity to learn more about the traditional way of life of the Arequipa countryside, focused mainly on agriculture.
