This 3 day tour takes you to Lake Mburo NP and Queen Elizabeth NP where you will go on several action packed game drives to view a variety of wildlife.
Embark on a safari to Lake Mburo National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, the most Open Savannah parks off the bitten path, is a Uganda Safari mostly enjoyed by someone on a short 3 days Uganda tour holiday, looking for the ultimate safari destinations in the Savannah scattered with shrubs and isolated trees, to have a deep taste to the Uganda wildlife recipes and sometimes meeting up with the dotted Uganda cultures leaving in and around the Savannah.

Day 1:

You will set off from you' Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe at 7:30am and head to the western part of Uganda to Lake Mburo National Park. The drive takes 3-4 hours with a stopover at the Equator for an opportunity to stand in both the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time. You will continue through the savannah grasslands dotted with settlements, plantations and several herds of local long horned Ankole cattle endemic to this part of the country.

Immediately you get to Lake Mburo National Park you will go for you will go for a 2 hour boat launch on Lake Mburo which is endowed with a variety of water animals such as hippos and crocodiles and several bird species, later you would go for a late afternoon game drive in search of plain game like zebra, hippos, crocodiles, eland, antelope, impala and a variety of birds, later head to you' lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:

Wake up early morning for a heavy breakfast and continue for the trail. Our guide will drive you towards lake Mburo Rwonyo headquarters, have a good chance to see the hyenas coming back to their dens, hippos walking back to the water bodies. Have an amazing experience to search for buffaloes, impala, Uganda kobs, leopards, Eland the beautiful Zebras and Giraffes. You will also see some other animals you could have missed out during the evening game drive. And later, Check out at the lodge.

Then, drive to Queen Elizabeth national park for a boat ride at Kazinga channel where you will have an experience to see one of the largest concentration of hippos and numerous crocodiles, buffaloes, among others. This channel attracts a variety of animals and bird species. Get ready after the boat ride to experience the salt mining at Lake Katwe for 1 hour with the local people.

Day 3:

Have you’ early morning breakfast then proceed for Kasenyi trail where you may spot out the elephants, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kob, antelopes, and if lucky, you may spot leopards. Afterwards we will transfer back to Entebbe with lunch en-routes.
