The Nordic region's only indoor ice wall is 15 meters high and with a weight of 180 tonnes. As a contender for "world's tallest indoor ice wall", we make ice climbing accessible in safe surroundings.
Inside SNØ you will find an ice climbing wall known as the Mammut wall. It is 10 meters wide and 15 meters above the ground, making it one of the world's tallest indoor ice walls. Here you can challenge yourself to try ice climbing for the very first time in safe surroundings. No prior knowledge is required; the only thing you need to show up with is good physical shape and a fistful of willpower.
Experience climbing is for those who want an experience out of the ordinary, and have no previous experience with climbing. Here you will get to know the climbing equipment and try your hand at the ice wall for the very first time. Our experienced instructors are with you at all times and are responsible for safety. No previous climbing experience is required. There is no lower age limit, but you must have a minimum of size 36 in shoes (this has to do with the crampons). Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who will not be climbing themselves. The price includes equipment, instructor and access to the snow zone.

No previous climbing experience required. No age limit, but must have a minimum size 36 in shoes (this has to do with the crampon). Everyone under the age of 18 must bring a parent who does not climb themselves. 1 parent per 2 children to climb. Parents then enter free of charge.
The course is mainly designed for you to sign up with a climbing partner. But if you want to sign up alone, that's also fine.
Includes equipment, instructor and access to SNØ. Your SNØ-pass is only valid during the course time period.
Before the activity, the customer would need to sign a statement of responsibility on site.

Go to the Welcome Center. When you arrive at SNØ, there is a welcome center where you can ask for help and get answers to your questions. SNØhosts are present during all opening hours and happy to help. You can find them at the "Ski rental" on the 1st floor, or throughout the facilities.
